RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
1.     I will abide by the rules of Bay Blokart Club Inc displayed on site or any instructions either written or verbal from the members or organisers of Bay Blokart Club Inc.
2.   Bay Blokart Club will take all reasonable steps to safeguard every member of the Bay Blokart Club in the activities of the said Bay Blokart Club.

In consideration for your permitting registration of this child(ren) or yourself to participate in the following blokart sailing activities sponsored by the Bay Blokart Club, the participant(s) does hereby release the Bay Blokart Club and all affiliated and associated organisations including Tauranga City Venues Limited (TCVL), together with their representatives, members or agents, of and from any and all demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising out of or in any way related to any participation in such activities, including any personal injury or death which may be suffered or incurred as a result of participation in such activities whether or not caused by the negligence or wrongful acts of such persons or any agents or members of the Bay Blokart Club and I do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of them of and from any and all claim, demands or action of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of any injury or damages incurred by the registered participant.

3.   Bay Blokart Club Inc. have the absolute right to refuse any person.
4.   I am aware that I am entering this event at my own risk.
5.   I agree for Bay Blokart Club Inc. to retain this information for marketing purposes.
